Founded in 2003, Syncredible is a creative marketing company with over 50 years of collective experience working closely with local, national and international clients.


Structured as a team of proven media, music, financial services, telecommunications, retail, technology sales and marketing executives, Syncredible is your creative marketing company.


Our process is simple: we discover, plan, create, activate and grow experiences, products and services to help our clients build meaningful connections with their audiences.

With over 14 years of experience spanning many areas of the creative entertainment industry, Deon brings a plethora of key marketing and advertising attributes to Syncredible. Some of these key attributes include strong management background in entertainment licensing, music publishing, A&R, project management and business affairs. Working in tandem with these specific areas of expertise comes Deon's inate ability to project manage and consult across a broad spectrum of products, services and industries.


Prior to co-founding Syncredible in 2003, Deon’s career has seen her work at several independent TV production and music related companies in senior management and is responsible for acquiring over 20,000 copyrights.


Deon brings to Syncredible a wealth of project management, business affairs experience and a huge database of global contacts that include entertainment and related FMCG brands.

Deon Sharma

Prior to co-founding Syncredible , Cary George previously held positions in global senior management roles and has over 17 years extensive experience in different areas of strategy, loyalty marketing, partnerships, business development and promotions in industries spanning from financial services, retail and technology to tourism, telecommunications, automotive and media.


Cary has worked for and in partnership with organisations such as the American Express Company and AOL Time Warner developing compelling partnerships and loyalty programs which delivered industry first redemptions and return on investment.


Whilst working with the American Express Company, Cary increased business by over 250% across the global portfolio of new and existing partners within 18 months.


Companies Cary has successfully delivered marketing programs for include: Accor Hotels, Aston Martin, Bentley, British Tourist Authority, British Airways, Cartier, Dunhill, Hummer, Inter Continentals Hotels, LVMH Group, The Royal Mint and The Savoy Group.
